Well, judging from the pictures something is blocking limewire...as you can see in the lower left you have no bars. Do you know what firewall you have.

Unfortunately that varies depending on your firewall...I guess you could just start ending processes left and right, but that probably won't end well, heheh.

Does limewire require port forwarding? Just go ahead and forward all of your ports to 192.168.1.1.

And then when your internet stops working, call Geek Squad. :)

Well, I'm not sure about Vista, but it should be similar. Go to Control Panel (under the start button...you know, just in case) then choose Security Center. It should have it somewhere in there.
