Ok so if we reach round 46 it is declared a stalemate (after the last player ends their turn in round 45) or is that at the start of round 45.Optimus wrote:

It will be at the start of Round 46 after all players have taken their Round 45 turns. also why dont you just round down any fractions of a point to the next whole point
