I just looked at the points formula, and it struck me as odd that there is a MAX points won/lost but no MIN points won... why not? I say make the Min 10 pts. what do you think?

whats the point of a min? if the player has that few points in relation to the winner's then technically it should have been an auto win pretty much for that player
and by putting in a minimum you are allowing players to sink to bottom faster in order to go back up lol and you can go negative in points in which case you suddenly gain points if you lose again

how would this happen? someone could hit 0, and be stuck there. And they wouldn't go back up again if they went bellow 0 unless the sudenly went into the current scoring system, they would just go down 10 again.

You can't go to 0 points. The lowest you can reach is 1.

I think there should be a minimum. A minimum would stop segregation. No officer wants to play against a cook when they can gain 2 points but lose 200.

You won't ever go into negative points, and you can't lose 200 either. The scoring system works just fine like it is.

The minimum you can lose is 0. Fair enough.
If not, make it 1 point.

Yep, I'm sure. Lack has posted previously when discussing the simtom situation that the formula will not let you get any lower than 1 point.
