I did a quick search, and couldn't find this posted so if its an old post, dont burn me to much.
Just have been noticing that in games with fog of war, when a country you used to control is attacked and lost it shows up as player1 attacks ?? from ?? and takes control from player 2. Now, me being player 2 in a big map like world 2.0 I may not notice where i have lost my territory. Not sure if hte coding can be fixed on that but just a thought.
Yeah nothing more than who's attacking and which country you lose, first turn loss is bad, but even later on it can be something to worry about, especially if your playing with 6 players.
Like you said, nothing to important, just a suggestion to make this game even better, so glad i came across this site.
I disagree, you need to be willing to write notes or remember what you had and who was around. Players that do this should have an advantage over players who are too lazy to.
Not obvious what you're reporting here w/o the form, so I moved it GD since that's a feature of a Fog game and has been discussed previously. There have been suggestions to change some of the info presented in Fog, you can do a forum search to find those threads and add your comments there if you actually have a suggestion.
Been discussed before, and Lack said it was easier on the server to have it that way. And as an incovenience, no. A feature. Since everyone has that lack of info, it's all fair.
The game log is there to be your friend. It's a part of the game where knowing where you are, what you've done and what you want to do next is entirely up to you. You can have a plan, or you can fly blind. Nobody's going to make you use it, but nobody's crying for you if you don't and it bites you.
first thing, if you dont know which territory you lost, it wasnt important to you. and use the note to self button, just state the territory you are watching, who borders it, and what round
