in RISK there are missions with 4 different difficulties. maybe it could be Easy, Moderate, Hard, Extreme.

anyway, the missions are things like, "Conquer 5 territories in 1 turn" and "Control Europe".

there could be another option when creating a game whether you have missions or not and then if you choose a mission game you get to pick up 3 missions at the begining. you can choose what difficulty you choose and as you complete a mission you pick up another mission so you always have 3.

rewards:
Easy = 5 armies
Moderate = 10 armies
Hard = 15 armies
Extreme = 20 armies.

this is only a rough guide, it could be changed how you like.

We already have such things. Like "Capture and hold Europe - 5 armies", "Capture and hold 3 territories - 1 army" and other stuff like that...

im pretty sure he means like the mission cars in risk

hold x number of terrs or take out blue

or hold north america and oceania

that kind of stuff...
