I know, beating a dead horse...I have had the good luck and bad but I have NEVER f,,,,ing had this...

At LEAST 5 times today I have lost 9 to 1 attacking, or worse.

I know it will cost me some games.

WTH? Yeah, maybe I SHOULD stop rolling, but......I dont get it.

I guess I would rather have this rolling and plan for it then not play at all..I am hopeless!

I hate the dice almost all the time... They eliminated me from several games already...

And, I had some good luck too... Usually in games that were already won... Dice waste my precious luck!!

Example: game 12143, British Isles map. I had already Scotland and Ireland, my partner had Lands End. I had 9 in the borders, and the enemy had 8 (he was holding North England and had only 2 cards)... I got 15 bonus armies, and a set of 10, so I had 34 armies. I simply destroyed the 8 losing nothing, then I went to his partner and his own head... Was this luck necessary? When I need luck in games not won yet, I never have. Instead, I lost 9 attacking 3.

Its agreed that the dice suck when attacking... I wish you could call up a history log of moves, to see how things worked out for the attacker when you weren't looking

this must be why he waits next to my territories building =-= i have 6 men he has 30 i keep waitng for the attack but he's nervous maybe a couple more men so he builds up again lol my guys are laying in the landmines but i think if he asked nicely they'ed probably just turncoat lol

you guys don't gamble much do you. if you did and were successful you would know when to quit " 1 lost 17 guys to 3 and it left me with 1 guy and he still had 3. tell me somthing would he have attacked your 17 guys with his 3 - no! so lose a couple of guys then go on to something else you still hold the country try again next turn =-= DON'T LOSE MORE MEN THAN YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE

Sure, but sometimes you NEED really attack.

In one recent (escalating) game I killed a player that had 5 cards, cashed twice, than attacked a player that had 4 cards. He survived, but only with New Guinea, and both Australia countries (1 army in each territory). As I didnt want let another player kill him, I moved my troops and put 22 armies in Indonesia. He had no sets yet (thanks God!!), so in my next turn I saw the only thing he did was deploy in Eastern Australia. I deployed in other countries, planning already the rest of the turn after kill him, I would use 22 against 6 armies. Those armies in Eastern Australia were so hard that after take finally Western Australia, I could advance only 2 armies to it... Could I stop the attacks? Of course no!! I had an enormous advantage, and almost lose all (including the game)...

Uff... I won. And gained 68 points... but what fucking dice!!

marvadin that was a good answer but of course that not what we read on the posts "i had to take that last country to win 5 cards it'is 17 to 5 and i lost all that of course was a i had to or else i lost anyway but most just complain about the dice=-= and nothing against kool either he never vents in the game although i think he would like to lol

i agree the dice suck ass sometimes,and i have lost a few games from one turn with bad dice,,on the flip side i have smoked an ass or two with hot dice so who knows.....gl play on

I've lost soooooooooooo many armies due to unlucky dice & all for the chance to gain a card of which I have no armies in the continent let alone the territory named.

I HATE THE DICE!!!
