actualy one is a captain that has more than 2500 points. don't know if he qualifies
“In the beginning God said, the four-dimensional divergence of an antisymmetric, second rank tensor equals zero, and there was light, and it was good. And on the seventh day he rested.”- Michio Kaku
again with the same mention that 1 is a captain with over 2500 points but not enough games

well I am counting anyone over 2000 score in points regardless of rank, cc does, I do
yeah i read it the first time i also read it quite a few more times. you requested a las vegas map sooooo many times.
i don't know. i'm busy with the aor trilogy at the moment. i'll think about it but chances are slim because the idea doesn't attract me. sorry.
but i promise i'll take a look and if i can manage to get a nice gameplay out of it i'll do it.

lmaoff
yes, yes, you are correct Incandenza
I thought an atlantis map or underwater world map may be kool
we got all the outer space games, and they kool too, but no one has explored the mysteries of the deep, except when court and i went scuba diving that one time
Wow, remember the time when under the old scoring system attaining 2000 points or colonel was an achievement? Now it seems as if its a common score. Sigh. Well attaining captain was my goal at one point and upon achieving it the next goal became major, or 2500 points. I gotta tell ya, getting 2500 points is a pain in the ass. For me, it's like a roller coaster. I became close at 2450 and sunk to 2150 as of late. I think I have reached my plateau. Of course like anything else, if I reach major, I'll just want colonel etc..Wishful thinking I guess...

With 21084 active players only 2% of us are captains or above. It is more common, but still an achievement when you take in all statistics.
As the site grows, so should the number of high ranked players. I have noticed many posts with concern to "points inflation". Its just a natural course with the way the system is structured, but nobody is really disadvantaged as everyone had the same start point. Players who have been here the longest do have a better chance of being higher ranked than a noob, but isn't that how it works in the real world? Who joins the armed forces as a captain or higher? Doesn't that have to be earned?
