Ok this is one of the worst ideas in the long sad history of horrible ideas.

Would put me right off playing.

I would probably stop playing if this was implemented. At the very least I wouldn't renew!
Part of the challenge is getting your rank high and then maintaining it! To have a points reset takes that out of the equation, what would be the point of points?

didn't take a careful observation, but perhaps a point reset could be done annually, if it were implemented. As I've stated before, I think it's a good idea. But, obviously that's just MY opinion.

Ideally, we could combine ideas---we'd have an All Time Scoreboard, like we currently have now, and then a Scoreboard for some determined period of time that Reset...

Monthly scoreboards would probably mean people delaying their wins so they could get them in on the same month.

Monthly scoreboards would also just mean more work for this website. Like this website doesn't have enough work on its plate.
