he was banned for flaming me by using my image... the image was removed. he RETURNED FROM HIS BAN and put my image back up with a sarcastic "free owen" on it. he was then warned after i asked about it, and removed it. i found it odd that he was previously banned, returned and committed the same offense for a mere warning. i just wanted a clarification. i don't think anyone understands that this is two seperate instances, even twill...-0

really? that's funny. guess what lance, the FLAME was my image with "COCK SUCKER"written on it... sooo, i am still correct. he flamed me through the use of my image, FACT. they didn't remove the POST, twill removed the offending image of me with "COCK SUCKER" scrawled on it. that was the flame lance. now go have me banned for another made up rule... the black jesus has spoken...-0

first of all, thanks for all you do around here lance... really, i mean that... now onto
the crux of the matter at hand (pun intended)...

you know what, i talked to several people, and i feel i know what is what. however, i have learned that when i prove you wrong or go over your head with comments, i get bans for imaginary rules that don't exist (let's kick him out for discussing himself in a thread entitled owenshooter/jbrettlip are multis, and move over a page of the thread into the deep hidden cavenrs of the mod forum, even if it isn't offensive, against the rules, or off topic!! yeah, let's ban owen for a week instead of locking the thread... oh, and to be even more confusing, let's just throw owen out, not brett for the same offense!! BRILLIANT!! that will show him!!! what? wicked took down live chat? so what, we got owen!!!!)...

p.s.-now please justify the banning of an entire clan without warning AND how the admin that did it by not following his own rules/steps for banning members. and before you try to defend it, just remember an apology from him already exists in the forums... a small one, but at least an admission of going over the top.

lance nor any other mod has to justify the actions of an admin. That action was SOLELY Twill's doing. He did it to prove a point, and my guess is that if any of us mods had done that, we probably would have had to have a chat with Twill about it. We don't have to justify the actions of our "bosses".

P.S. There's no reason to keep complaining about wicked. That issue was handled when it occurred and will be completely fixed when lack returns and updates chat. Move on. It has nothing to do with you getting banned (believe it or not).

thanks for the advice, but i don't need moderation in how i choose to type. i had a typing teacher, that was an old nun, and she did a sufficient job... my knuckles still hurt... true story...

and my mentioning of wicked is solely to point out how convuluted the banning of the bandits was. you have an ex-global mod attack live chat and promise to be back on a site that is openly advertised on this very site (yeah, she bragged about it on pile of a). then she comes back and takes it down, and the most pressing matter that week was banning the bandits!! and making a half-assed ruling on personal info that is only being enforced as far as our clan sig goes!!! check the forums, over a half dozen threads are about posting personal info, and countless numbers have personal images/info posted within them. i imagine that as i type, the mod squad is going about cleaning them up as efficiently as twill did. or perhaps twill is just banning the offending members and sending them emails telling them to take the photos/personal info down, when they return from their ban (as he did with the bandits)...

anyway, just nice to know that the written rules about bans do not apply when banning an entire clan. and nice to know that questioning another written rule is not a good idea around here... again, thanks for the help in the matter Night Strike, i really mean that. especially with your interpretation of what the rule i sighted meant. that was the closest to a real answer i got. so kudos on at least trying to deal with the situation. and this entire absurd episode just goes to show that specific rule needs clarification, because it is only being enforced in one case, and that is beyond wrong... the black jesus has spoken...-0
