Diplomacy IS allowed in the game. As long as it's not secret diplomacy it's ok.
I can ask another player to help me beat another player in a game as long as I say it in the game chat. That's ok to do.
So, It's not secret. It's just diplomacy.

dejan1973 your skirting the line real tight here with the claims you continue to make in here. Read the rules in the community guidelines and the CC homepage before you make another senseless accusation or else you will receive the next line of punishment as per the Minor Infractions for Cheating and Abuse Form Abuse.
Anyone who feels that they have been put in a situation or observe one that involves players that are violating a form of the rules are encouraged to properly report it here. But you have had several over the past few days that hold no backing and are spurious in nature.
