It was indeed an interesting few days, tho the fact that I liked and respected the guy took a bit of the entertainment out of the whole affair. This might sound conceited, but it's not every day that I meet someone here who's simply better than I am, and I learned a lot (especially about waterloo) playing against him. Shame it all had to go down like that, but maybe one of these days he'll go on holiday alone and we'll see BENJIKAT IS UNDEAD start up a bunch of waterloo 1v1s...

I suppose it's none of my business, never having had any contact with Benjikat on this site (he stopped showing up almost a year before I joined), but having a bit of the gossip in my makeup, I have to ask: What the heck are you talking about? :-s I will understand and say no more on it if someone just says "Never mind, you had to be there", but I'm sitting here wondering if Mrs Benjikat missed him with her heart, or her car, or her rifle, or ....
If you think it will clutter the topic, then send me a PM.

Benjikat played a lot of CC.

Mrs Benjikat felt neglected.

Benjikat died.

Benjikat was dead, but still played a lot of CC.

Mrs Benjikat felt neglected again.

Mrs Benjikat joined CC.

Benjikat and Mrs Benjikat left CC together.

Did they live happily ever after?

Yeah man - I totally agree - he was plain good at this game...

Could I be that good? I don't know - I suspect that time might make me close - but I think he was just plain awesome...

And yeah - I felt very sorry for him - he must have been pretty broken after that episode.

Sometimes it just comes down to seeing the board, and he could do that as well as anyone I've ever played with. If there's a certain type of brain that adapts itself well to playing CC, he had it.

For the uninitiated: MrB pretty much summed it up. Further dirt can be searched for, but it's unseemly to resurrect the blow-by-blow in detail.

Hi everyone.

Just letting everyone know Benjikat is alive and well and keeping his name alive (albeit away from CC)
Check out his latest work here (if you can't see, look at the Videographer of the month)
