O Map Gods,
In an idea for a map I have, I was wondering if individual territories on a map could lose 1 or 2 armies, remain the same, or gain 1, 2 or 3 armies at random before a player takes his/her/its turn.
Is that possible on XML?

There were some rumours about an XML update, but for now they're only rumours. To my knowledge, random bonuses are not one of the suggestions that are on a hypothetical to-do list...
