So I joined this Game 6566302 and I have an awful feeling that my opponent is going to miss their first turn so that they get to double up on me. Is this possible?

if you miss the first round in manual then automatically then his troops will be distributed in order to have 3 in each territory like in the auto.So dont worry he wont get double troops because he missed the first round in manual.

well, he didn't double up but missed the manual deploy on purpose so that he could take the first turn.
