Concise description:

• A chat you can pop up with any user thats online

Specifics:

• Any time you see a user is online you can chat with him. When your viewing a players profile or one of there posts you can click chat under his profile picture.

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

• A new way to discuss topics in the form like map ideas. Instead of replaying to a users post you can pop up a chat and discuss it.

Ok, didn't know you could do that.
but still nobody's going to do that just for a simple chat.

This would not work because what if you in a speed fs and there are only 5 seconds your going for a kill when BAM the chat window pops up and you lose....

It could be a little window that pops up in the corner.

It could also be set so you can only chat with people in the form, maybe even only people on the same topic.

What good would only being able to chat with someone in the same topic do? You could just say if your not in a game you can chat or the chat doesn't interfere with game play
