what are they. if you need members fast were do you look?

play a shit load of games... meet ppl.

Seriously. If you need members fast you're going about this the wrong way. Play some team games using the callouts section, there are a lot of players that haven't joined clans who play team games. Give them a reason to pick a clan, hopefully yours. Above all have some patience - it doesn't happen right away.
