my thoughts exactly...i actually shouted "NO!" out loud when it appeared the show was over. Definitely best halftime show ever--and how about those dancing marching band guys?

I didn't like it... and I didn't like his version of "Getting the Best of You" (Foo Fighters). And as far as guitarist go, yes, he was good, but nothing great, I thought. Maybe the rain had something to do with it... but honestly, I'm not a Prince fan, and other than Purple Rain (which I heard for the first time tonight [that I'm aware of

]) I have no idea anything that he's done.

Of course, to me a good half-time show would be Nickelback, or Audioslave, or Velvet Revolver, a current rock group... so maybe I'm the wrong person to comment.

The superbowl halftime show was awful. My room of friends did nothing but complain the entire time. The stage was interesting...the glowing marching band was interesting...other than that...it sucked balls.

well clearly i am in the minority. that's fine. when it comes to music i usually am.

but i was happy to see Prince resurrected, and i thought he played some mean guitar tonight. i have heard very little of his last 15 years' worth of music, but i haven't liked any of it.

this looked like classic Prince, and classic Prince was awesome.
