There isn't a an Old Fellows clan specifically......

Most players on cc tend to be 18-34 males, a few of us are above that age limit.....You get used to being older.

Well, let's see...

1. You're freemium
2. You use your avvy to make some political point
3. You're on record as thinking that clickies are "cheating"

Might want to change one or more of those if you'd like to catch on with a good clan.

And it's not "some" political point, It's "A" political point.

I Guess i should add: I'm looking for a clan that doesnt give a rat's ass if someone is opinionated. I.E. a clan with balls!

Sigh... in my experience, drama gets in the way of playing risk at a high level. And I've always thought that it's best to keep politics and religion out of a given discussion. Plus, you know, it'll be awkward when you accuse a clanmate of cheating 'cause they use clickies.

In summation, your rank indicates you're a decent player, but your peripherals, to use a sports term, are dodgy. I'm sure there's a lower-tier clan that'd take you on in a heartbeat solely on rank, and if you'd like to labor in obscurity, then you should go for that. But if you really want to get into a proper clan, you should let your gameplay do the talking.

If you're afraid of confrontation then grab your cat, a blanky, a hot cup of cocoa and snuggle up for a nice afternoon of larry king reruns.

Discussing politics and religion are two of my favorite things, i guess it's because i've never been afraid of Truth, even when it makes me look bad. That being said I'm a nice guy, and being nice and opinionated are not mutually exclusive.

Also thanks for the "decent" player remark, sounds like a backhanded compliment but a compliment none-the-less.

Based on the retorts in this thread, you might fit well with the Bullet-Broof Bandits.

They may have been a perfect fit... 20 years ago. But now i'm a family man with the smartest, best looking, 16 month old half-breed son the world has ever seen.. to date! :-)

LMAO! Us pirates are a pack of shit stirring opinionated hell raisers. Heck they don't give a rats ass when I run around raising my leg pissing all over threads.

You might want to drop the "clickies is cheating view" though. I don't use them or BOB myself. I think they are for the helpless and incoherent. But thats just my opinion.

Upgrade,it's cheap. You've been around a bit I am certain you can play. We may not be the best clan but we have some solid players and we get to play against the best. :D

Wasn't meant to be burn, but I could see how it could be interpreted as that. If you make the finals of an important event, they may even buy you premium.

1. and 3. are obviously correct, both will not help you to get in a good clan kss.
But hey inca, the 2. has nothing to do with seeking a clan bud
