Well, this is the right place to ask, but with the advent of chipv's Map XML Wizard, a lot of artists are rolling their own. Not all, but a lot. The days of the freelance XML scribe may be numbered.

Yeah, but since graphics and gameplay require a lot of work I thought I'd ask to take some of the load off.
