Are there any written rules for the Holy Roman Empire game? If so, where? I understand the basics of the game, I think, but what are the influence bonuses? How are the number of troops calculated at the beginning of each players turn, number of territories held divided by 3?

moved this to strategy as i feel it is more fitting there, as for the rules...they are the same as any other map for the most part. Anything about bonuses can be found in the legend (written somewhere on the map image).
