I don't know if Secret Diplomacy is the exact accusation for them or not, but in this game 1stCatalyst has essentially forfeited any chance of winning by attacking the second and third strongest players left, allowing homelessguy65, who had the most troops, a chance to wipe the board. He even stated in the game chat that Shane (who I assume is homelessguy65) should wait until he "weakened the others first". I did a quick search through their game logs, and they have been doubles partners in the past (see games Game 7651724, Game 7650646, Game 7642125 for examples), so they knew each other when they joined the game, which is not a problem for me. I just get the feeling that 1stCatalyst saw he couldn't win the game, and decided that his friend should win instead.

This is my first time submitting one of these, so if you there is any problems with it, let me know, or if there are any questions about my accusation.

Now I didnt read the Game chat, but if he referred to another play by a name other then his username i think that does fall under Secret Diplomacy, and/or he is throwing the game

They do play many team games together... But I know homelessguy65 and he is on the up and up. Not sure about Catalyst. Looks to me like he decided to just give his friend the win. I don't think they conspired to do this, I just think Catalyst did this on his own.

I am curious as to why teal is not breaking yellow in Jaffa. Yellow's tactics can be seen as 'questionable' but still...

Since I can't really tell if there is/was a secret diplomacy among the accused, I am going NOTE this report for future reference.
