That is impossible. You will have to finish the game and try your hardest to win it.

Miss 3 turns in a row, also know as "deadbeating".
Doing this will often result in other players foeing you, giving you bad ratings, and notifying other players of your deadbeating reputation, so it is highly not recommended. Playing the game until you are eliminated is always a better option than quitting.

I believe tht players should have the option to both agree to end a game without penalty.
There have been multiple times already where on the initial setup, all remaining armies have been accidently deposited on a single country. There is no way to undo this, your turn is immediately over.
We both ackowledged the error, but couldn't end a the game to restart and actually play as desired. At the very least, there should be the option to undo army deployments before they get locked in, but without that option mutually agreeing to end a game should be allowed.

in my game i keep on getting my turn skipped becus i do not have time to play my turn everyday. Its not fair I could have won but now i cant becus i got my turn skipped 4 times, in 2 consecutive rows. The other players would not skip their turns too or even at least not attack me so i just wanna drop the game rn
