Maybe, much probably I am, wrong, but reading the feedback from this guy it came to my mind pretty soon that this looks like a fake account made to help the main account of somebody.

Just check it... he looks behaving like shit all the time with any team, attacking team mates, not helping, and this while the most powerful in the map is going on conquering... really looks like somebody there to help the best in the map.
