If you don't know what these are, they are tournament games, of different settings, open to all majors or higher ranks. There are currently a few games waiting people, from which:

If you would like to play in an elite game but of different settings can it be requested? Thanks.

Yes it can and there are a few guys out there that can make an elite game for you. You could send me a message and I could do it but only after I get my tournament privileges back.
