Once it was clear he was losing he would simply start his turn deploy then do nothing until clock ran out. He did this on two different games and at the same time he started letting the time run out, he foed me.

Comments: This tactic is worse that flat out leaving the game because of how much longer the game inevitably lasts.

Yes it is true that sometimes I slow play it. Usually it is because I am playing so many games that I want to make sure I don't miss any turns in the games I still have a chance. As for the foe part - I do foe gamers for 24 hours if they are having ridiculously good luck because I don't want to lose more points from just a lucky streak. I unfoe them the next day. You can see it in my very small foe list. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings by making you wait the full 5 min dude.

Your post is quite messy! It took me several minutes to understand what you were accusing him off. And now that I do know, I must say can't see how he did anything wrong. He took his turns, he didn't end them but you only had to wait 5 minutes because it's a speed game. No big deal.

Southecare has received a WARNING for his actions. If he continues doing this he will receive a 1 month vacation from CC.

Southecare has started what appears to be a habit of starting turns just to prolong the game because he doesn't want his turns taken percentage to be affected. He only does this in games he is losing in while taking turns in other games. I feel this could be more annoying than intentional dead beating because of the number of turns this can be done in and as bad as a hostage game. In one game he did this 7 times.
