Screen language has changed

Today around 11:00 am EST the board changed, all of the menu's headers etc are in a non-english text,
Home is now : Humi
Instructions is now: Instroocshuns, etc.

Conquer Club Bork, bork, bork!

Any ideas whats going on and how is this fixed or what is causing it...

I think it is some European language... Either German or French or something... I know spanish (well, can understand it and also read a majority of spanish) and the language on the site is somewhat similar to it...

Again, im not sure, but it isnt hard to understand... Most of it is "self explanitory" and almost everyone should be able to understand some of the words from how spelling is
