Newbies missing too many turns

It seems an ever increasing situation whereby newbies are missing 3 turns and being eliminated.
In each game that is 3 days of waiting form someone who is not going to show.
Can I suggest that if a newbie does not have a rating yet then they should be eliminated after missing 2 turns.

While I understand the sentiment, I think that could lead to more farming abuse.

I never understand why people flip out about this.

If everyone deadbeated from my games, I'd be ecstatic.

This has been discussed before, and all it will be is a deterrent for people to come back. I missed a few turns when I first started, and that was because, Le gasp, I was new. I'd forget to log back on. This would only deter people from coming back, or, starting up a new account because they didn't want such a poor track record to begin with.

who cares if a game takes a few days before your turn comes around again. you're premium, just join another game.

If it is bothering you to play with these 'newbies' I suggest joining games with players that you know who are more reliable. Or play team games, and you will enjoy when these 'newbies' miss .
