May I get a chance to have my poor rating removed then? It has just come to my attention that I was suspected of multi-playing and having a secret diplomacy and whatnot, so I know I might be a little late here on the request. A score of one, while it can be made better with a collection of other ratings, is the only I have at the moment and it looks pretty poor.

You can ask the person you rated you poorly to remove the rating. That is their choice. If they choose to remove it, then good for you, but they may not.
