I hate adding to this forum (lack's list is so long), but here it is, it may not be the most revolutionary idea, but it may help keep things more organized.
For the cheating and abuse report, create a web form like this one, but more detailed.
Fields:
Type of cheating: (two options, check boxes: multi, abuse)
Cheaters: (max three) If there are more, they can be included in the body. This should work with the "Find username" feature we have in the Inbox (just to avoid misspellings)
Game number (max three) If there are more, they can be included in the body
Body (or comments)
The subject line will be filled automatically with the information from the type of cheating and the cheaters (to avoid topics like: "Is this fair", or "Please check Game 333999")
The form will be active only when you create a new topic in that forum, after that users get the regular web form.
