Pregame Distribution

I would prefer to see a feature that lets players decide how the start of the game works. I want three variations: 1) the type we have now, 2) a game where players countries are distributed by the computer, but then get to decided how to place their armies, and 3) a way where the player places his/her armies in a choosy, table mannered fashion. What do you think?

already been suggested....check the to do list before you post...although, no one had suggested having three different options, that i know of...
