What if everyone deadbeats in a freestyle FFA?

If there is a FFA that is freestyle and everyone deadbeats without ever playing a single turn, everyone gets the auto-kick at the same time rite? What would happen? Does CC blow up?

I guess the last player that joined would win, since when multiple players miss their turn at once, the first player that joined is listed first in the game log.
