You turn in cards. You don't know if you will be turning in for Escalating, Flat Rate or Nuclear until you turn them in.
Specifics/Details:
Example: You turn in the 5th set of the game. It's all red cards. You won't know until after you turn it in if it will bomb the 3 places you just turned in, if you will get 4 armies out of it, or if you will get 12 armies out of it.
How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
Adds another level of 'luck' as an option when playing. I can see this being a fun option in the Trench games. (Plus I just like trying out new things; we have a Random Map option; why not Randomly-Powered Cards?)

Disagree, more randomness is what some people want, it adds to the fun of the game, i think its a cracking idea

Might as well make the territory you are choosing to attack random while you are at it.
You drop on Berlin and attack, you just aren't sure if the roll you are doing is attacking London, Madrid, or Moscow until after you get dice results.
If you can't tell -1 from this guy, I'd be ok with a Random setting on spoils before the game starts but you have to keep it consistent throughout the whole game IMO.
taking a break from cc, will be back sometime in the future.

-How can be a fun option with trench? I find it equally fun be it trench or not.
-True we have Random Map, but the map is decided on Round 1, it doesn't change every Round. If you are looking for this, then better out random settings, instead of just random spoils. If that's the case this two should be merged http://www.conquerclub.com/forum/viewto ... 4&t=177184
*I had one complain/question more but I just forgeted it, I'll post it when I remember
His suggestion is not that the spoils setting is randomly set at the beginning of the game, but that during the game the spoils perform a random action (between nuking, award flat rate armies, and award escalating rate armies).

I know, what I meant is, that using the Random map as example is invalid, unless he was to randomly set spoils at the begining.
