Click on the user name and in the bottom of the top box click on add to foe.

And if you don't want them to send you PM's here are instructions on how to block PM's.

Add new rule
If sender press next
is foe press next
delete message press add rule

and put a reason for blocking them.

it comes in handy down the track to know if the foed player has made amends.

there is one guy who constantly writes to me no matter how many times I ask him to stop!
Now I will get calmness I guess.

You can also report them in Cheating and abuse if the harassment is unfounded. If you did not start it or flame it then you have a good case.

you place a large stack of units in the attack path of someone close to carding and killing someone. Large enough that it becomes cost inefficient to go for the kill
