Animated Avatars for us

Hey, can we have animated avatars or would that require too much bandwidth for the site.

Maybe make it a Premium only thing?

Well let's see. I saved the file to my computer, uploaded it to the site as my avatar.

I don't think it's an ID-10-T error.

EDIT: Could the shrinking have done it? The fact that the site shrinks all oversized avatars?

Unfortunately, I'm relatively unfamiliar with any video game characters psot-dating 1994... I haven't even played Halo.

Well, technically Solid Snake's first game was Metal Gear for the MSX and NES back in the mid 80s

Ok, back on task, with the problem with this avvie not animating... does that mean i have to shrink it for it to work?

On a related note, every time I try to save an animated gif, it only saves one frame... what am I doing wrong?!

Not a clue buddy, it might be your browser or whatever you use to save things.

And I don't know how to shrink an animated Gif without destroying the animation... Can anybody help me?

No seriously, I've seen some forums dedicated to animated icons where the experts will change your icons for you just to be helpful. Just google animated avatar forum
