Medal Stripping

Concise description:

• Mods can Strip Medals off players

Specifics/Details:

• Enable medals to be taken away manually by mods
• Enable a better programmable language for who gets medals i.e. (ifwins=100 then=bronze ifuser=punishment then ifwins=200 then=bronze)

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

• Will add a different dimension to punishments, and make bans less prevalent
• Will allow us to expand medals.
