Post-Reply Autofocus

Concise description:
When you click the "Post Reply" button, it should autofocus to the big text box so you can start typing right away.

Right now, it currently focuses to the beginning of the subject text box, which gets altered rarely.

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
Since we have been focusing on auto-focus recently, this one should take just a couple minutes
