This isn't a crime, part of risk is Diplomacy. Now if you can prove SECRET DIPLOMACY thats another matter. Secret diplomacy is a violation of the rules, and as such is punishable. It doesn't look like anything here is wrong.

This report is frivolous at best. You accuse them of "open diplomacy" and the form says "being multis".

First of all... how is the diplomacy illegal if it is OPEN?

Second... why accuse them of being multies?

Multis are people who sign up 2 accounts and are the same person and use both accounts to up each others ranks.

let the admins just tell! What you did in the chat is working together speaking about how to finish my bonus and telling your 'companion' you save his bonus;

Direct quote frokm the rules... "Diplomacy includes, but is not limited to: proposing truces, negotiating alliances, and coordinating assaults."

If they openly discuss it in the chat, as they did, there is nothing illegal.

Cleared. Diplomacy is allowed on the site, as long as it is discussed in the Game chat. If they were communicating via wall/PM/etc, then we could take action, but they did nothing wrong.
