Though I don't condone his behavior, gumby7524 has already been cleared of ratings abuse. The report was just closed today.

How can you possibly be that bad at filling out a form? It's astonishing. Your skills at filling out forms will certainly need to improve if you every want to get a driver's license, go to college or get married, among countless other things, so I'd work on that.

Even if my report for Gumby7524's Rating Abuse was unexpectedly cleared, he got scared and he has withdrawn most of the 1-1-1 ratings he had left including fledranger's one. This is just an additional evidence that he was actually abusing the rating system...
