When will the Dragonborn appear on the Game of Thrones?

Seriously, it's season 4 already. Where is the Dragonborn? I keep waiting for Jon Snow or the Hound or Arya or someone to get summoned to High Hrothgar, but it just never happens. If we haven't already seen the Dragonborn then where is he/she?

This is what High Hrothgar looks like, it's in the North on a mountain called the Throat of the World. That's why I think the Dragonborn has to be Arya Stark. Once she reaches puberty she'll be summoned, maybe.

Well, unless I slept through some of the books, there's no reference to "dragonborn" in 'em.

Dragonborn and High Hrothgar are from Skyrim.
