Benclub also got caught up in the scoreboard challenge & decided to do a little farming himself.

Basically he has a couple maps he knows well (Labyrinth, 2010 world cup), and has his own way of winning easily.

The problem starts when he starts inviting players with no experience on those maps. Once those players learn his strategy & map, he foes them so he is not a threat to his points.

I have played against BENCLUB and he is a blow normal player, a lot of lower ranked players have better understanding of strategies than him, so I think he doesn't deserve the rank. Foeing people after they learned the map is absolutely a cheap way of gaining points, but I don't think it's against rules. Maybe the invitations part can be looked at, I had a more clear case against King Hrepes when he invited a lot of weak players to his special games, but he got cleared ...

On defense of Ben he has been inviting high rank players to his games and a lot of players have been rejecting invites. Nothing says he can't just play certain maps. I accepted 2 of his invites and was disappointed when I sent him an invite on my map and he rejected it. I believe the way the new monthly scoreboard is set up you will see a lot of different ways people will try to get on top. Its unfairthat more deserving people really won't get a chance.

That being said I don't see any evidence that he was farming.

We kicked his butt at both maps in the recent clan war. He did not foe me for beating him but instead sent me a invite to another I declined. He also played another clan mate and lost on a poly same settings and I don't think he foed them. I how ever did see in a game chat when he said that he (farmed) the top 600 ranked players and invited them to his games. The thing is if you are the top 600 and you get a invite from a general on his map why accept it, if you don't know the map or settings. Why do we have problems with people that get a stragety on a map and are good at it? Kinda cheap that he won't take invites if that is the case, but that is his choice I guess. But I see the same stuff from players sending me invites they think they are higher ranked so I need to play by there rules, no thanks. Any way I think this is silly.

as above, I got an invite, took one look at the map and settings, laughed and declined.
They were all high rankers and, i'm sure, more than capable of making the decision to play or not

Yes I sent an invitation at lots of people on Labyrinth map, but it's not illegal.

I started to play with TOP 10 then TOP 100 and now TOP 1000 etc etc

Not true...I've played Ben may times on Labyrinth, and played many team games with people who know the map.

I'm not saying that he hasn't done this to other people...but I haven't seen it.

Benclub invited me to more than 1 game to. Foeing somebody after a win might be looked down upon, but in the case of Benclub, I dont see any farming.

Why are people so stupid that they take up invites without checking in the first place? I declined and gave him a reason. This is all a product of the new monthly prize. Someone else did it last month and I told him to piss off as well, just as I politely told Ben to piss off in a roundabout way. I'm not quite as generous with my points to just gift them to people who are farming one map. lol.

cc, fix your system. People see an opportunity to win a prize, they're gonna take it. It'll be someone else next month.

Map ranking people, and then only inviting people with no experience on the map is farming regardless of how many points they have. People who partake in this practice know exactly what they are doing. I don't care much about points, but on principle, I won't join games with the people that I know do this. They can invite me to something I know if they want a game, otherwise, they can go find another idiot.

People will always abuse systems if there is room for abuse, unfortunately.

When someone invites you to a map, you Know he's good at it! If you accept the challenge, you accept that you don't have 50% of Winning this game.

Well said quicksilver. We all have our favourite maps, what do we do, restrict the times we can play a certain map?

So in summary

1. We can only invite players of more senior rank
2. We can only invite players who have more experience than us
3. We can't use use our favourite map more than a handful of times
