Concise description:

• Providing a bonus for whistle blowers that expose and lead to "Busted" report for such things as a Ponzi score manipulation, or multiple accounts, or secret diplomacy, etc

Specifics/Details:

• In the real world the government provides 10% bounty awarded to the one who leads to the conviction of a criminal and amount of currency seized. Here in Conquer Club there could be a similar bonus with points. If the "Busted" in a C&A thread was caught gaining 1,000 points via multiple accounts, then the whistle blower would get 100 points bonus.

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

• Take JohnnyRocket24 for example, he is now being accused of malefeasance for exposing a multi, instead a reward should be given to him for cleaning up the game, of course he is going about it in a weird way . Take demonfork for example, he has exposed a ton of players. What this would create is a bunch of players monitoring the system on behalf of CC and this would result in a cleaner game. Less players would attempt something wrong knowing that more people are aggressively watching.

People do this naturally. rewarding people for this is in my sense ethically incorrect.

The result of this would be frivolous C&A reports that would be worse than current set-up. We could solve this by setting a price to file a C&A report of 1-5 points. Then players would only file if they were confident.

I hadn t seen the johnny rockets case you were referring to before my second answer, and you hadn't come up yet with this "genius" idea to reward C&A report with actual game points
