Mapmaker script option

It'd be handy if the mapmaker form had an option to generate either all one-digit numbers or all two-digit numbers. That'd make it easier to see how a given country looked both ways, without having to reload repeatedly with your fingers crossed. (And it's not easy to hit reload with your fingers crossed!)
