Could you send them a friendly warning? It sure looked like more than a mistake.

But people receive warning only if there is strong evidence.
Otnal has a 42% win percentage and plays mostly 5 player games(some 2 and some 8, but mostly 5). An average person would win 20%, he is more than twice that???
As I mentioned in my first post, his win percentage when he play with rlcfast1 is 20% ( 5 games on 24, 20.83% to be precise).
If Otnal has 42% in general, but 20% when he plays with rlcfast1, it is quite obvious rlcfast1 is not helping Otnal isn't it?
because Otnal was protecting him on a plane.

mainbord is green, as I can see he had K4 and Z4, both planes can be bombarded from another positiion. So it seems it was possible.
Anyway, maybe it was impossible to kill green for rlcfast1 .But mistake do happen. Sometimes someone go for a kill, and just forget one region - it did happen to me at least couple of times - it doesn't mean you are helping the next player, only that you did a stupid mistake.
One game like this will not be enough to prove they are cheating - which I don't think they are - if you want them to receive a warning, look at all the other game they played together, and try to find out from the log if they helped each other. If other games also tend to prove they are helping each other maybe you're right, but otherwise this will probably get cleared, as it should be.
