On the different maps that have special qualities associated with them, (i.e. mountains, or one way territories ala Siege!) are there, or could there be descriptions of the game board? I lept into siege without noticing the tiny arrow that showed that the tunnel only went one way from the grand hall. Any help?

hello zobots. Welcome to CC. Most maps have something on the that say when there is an extra xml feature(one way territory and other) However on others you just have to look carefully and makesure that you know the map. Also there are more possible features comming out on the new maps. There are now bombardments (you can attack a territory but if you conquer it rather than one of your armies a neutral is there) and many others. I hope you enjoy your stay at CC!!

what i do with new maps is study it for a few minutes before taking a turn, especially if it is a map with unusual settings, saves me quite a lot of hassle!

anyways, yeah, what i do is just look at the map before i start my turn, but i agree that some maps should actually clearly state the little things like that.
