Posted rules for new players
I still do not know what trench warfare is. There should be posted on the main menu what all of the map options mean.

Special Gameplay: Trench Warfare
With trench warfare you can only assault from regions held continuously since the start of your turn. If you conquer a region (or re-conquer a region) you cannot assault further from that region during the same turn. The one exception being 'killer neutrals' (explained on the Gameplay Notes page) from which you may continue assaulting. The game no longer involves steamrolling across the board. Instead you gradually advance your front!

Can one of these new rules please by that Sinophobia is unacceptable? At the moment this is not explicitly forbidden any many posters therefore seem to think it is fine to be mean about China.
As OP suggests this rule could be posted at the top of every forum page so that it is consistently visible.
