Dr Ricardo Rosselló, the Democrat Party governor of Puerto Rico - who famously embezzled Hurricane Maria relief funds to pay for his luxurious lifestyle and then blamed the lack of aid on President Trump - has been forced to flee the governor's residence of La Fortaleza after massive protests at his corrupt government. In a last ditch effort to cling to power, Dr Rick ordered his terror troops to open fire on the crowd, but he failed!
