For the bolded part, I asked lack about the tutorial last week and he said it will be a few MONTHS before we get it.wicked wrote:Thanks for the critiques Cirque. As others have mentioned, there are plugins and addons available to tell you when it's your turn. RSS feed is also available. We're also working on a tutorial for new recruits to show them how the site works, so they'll be less likely to miss turns. Also, the pending Speed Games option will allow for quicker turns as well.
Take a few minutes to peruse our To-Do list, stickied at the top of the Suggestions Forum, for more exciting features to come. Try all the game and map options, and find what works best for your tastes. I'm sure you'll find we have the largest selection of maps available, most are "homemade" right here in our Foundry Forum.
First impressions can be misleading. Stay and play for awhile to experience all CC has to offer. Then come back and offer your critiques.

Twice a day is easily enough, if you log in more or less every 12 hours you'll never miss a turn. Of course, one gets into the habit of checking ones games at every opportunity...CirqueDaddy wrote:It would be helpful so as to not have to randomly check the site during busy workdays and busy Risking on this and other sites.
This made me laugh, simply because of all the discussions and controversies that have been going on and are still going on.disk wrote:The mods seem generally fair and professional--something that is VERY rare in internet games.

Retaliatory feedback isn't a valid feedback submission, so if you're concerned about any feedback you have, submit a feedback moderation request form under the FAQ/Contact tab and you'll generally have a Mod (usually AK_Iceman at the moment, I think) look at it and come to a decision quickly.disk wrote:The one minor issue I have is the feedback system. It's too easy to abuse. People can make up whatever nonsense they feel like. Some have given me negatives because I beat them in a game. I got a negative because I gave a guy a neutral. He started harassing me to make me change it, then he gave me a negative. Even legitimate negatives most often result in retalitory feedback.
