Comments: An alliance was declared between the 2 players six minutes before it was posted publically and accepted

they definately know eachother.

I will warn shaba for the alliances, but is clean for multi...on the other hand while I hate to do it to an account that has not been active for even 24 hours yet, consider torment_angel and mathman58 BUSTED!
