I noticed there is a new medal :
Clan War Plaque

and also a Tribe War Plaque


How do you get those ?

I can only speak for Tribes, but I think Clans should/will be the same concept...

Those plaques are only against the Tribe itself, not a player, those are awarded based from the Tribe position in various tournaments, events (such as Olympics) and wars

Tribes Wars: Winner gets Bronze Plaque
Tribes Tournaments (League, Cup and more): Winner gets Gold, finalist/2nd gets Silver, 3rd/semi-finalist gets Bronze
Tribes Major (Olympics): Winner gets Platinum, 2nd gets Gold, 3rd gets Silver, 4th & 5th gets Bronze
