Deadbeating????

What exactlt does it mena to "deadbeat" on this site; started playing last week and already seen it numerous times

when you miss all three turns and are kicked from the game because of it

To join a game and then not take your turns, holding everyone else up until you are kicked (3 successive misses).

I'm not sure if missing one turn counts, but it's certainly annoying.

Nah 1 turn can happen and technically it would be missing 3 turns in a row although missing 1 or 2 turns now or then is the same as far as im concerned.

So; from what I understand; it is 3 consecutive turns???? or is it 3 turns no matter how spaced out they are???

If you actually want to lose for some reason the best option is suicide. Preferably into the strongest player, but anyone will do. You probably will get negative feedback though. Also, some people may even hate that more, but I think it's better then slowing the game up.

If you're really new, suiciding is attacking constantly until you are down to 1 army in every territory you own.

I just thought I'd warn everyone that deadbeating is soon to reach incredible new levels. Midnight tomorrow night, with the release of the final Harry Potter will suddenly make taking CC turns extremely insignificant :wink:

But I'll still be here.

But maybe not. It's only a book, I'm sure that everyone won't spend there whole time on a book.
