team/tournament play for non-english speakers

Some folks would like to play tournaments in languages other than English. Is there a way to accomodate? Similarly, I hate seeing folks negged simply because they "failed to communicate in English". Maybe you could post some basic multi-lingual advisements under the tournament section -- that is, let folks know that it is difficult (not impossible, but difficult) to play teams if they cannot communicate with teammates and offer them the same warning you gave to english speakers about using translation programs. At least warn them that they might get negged if they try ... and then if they still try, at least they were warned. (you could ask folks in each forum to help you out with the writing)
